'We have taken note of the latest report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of resolution 2522 (2020) (S/2021/120). In that regard, Mexico reiterates its concern about the abuse of invocations of Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations in the context of the fight against terrorism.
